donating plasma?

I see some plasma post on here I was wondering if anyone has ever been permanently deferred from a center? And if so were you able to donate at another center?

I ask because I was Perma deferred from the center in my town but I can still donate plasma at the blood bank in town. A new plasma center opened up I was wondering if I could donate there?
