User Testing - Slow reaction
Hi, I have been using UserTesting for few weeks now and noticed that every time you click something on the site, you have a delay until things load. someone else posted the issue here but not much traction on that thread - anyone else facing the issue, and have a fix? I sometimes lose out on the screening as someone snatched the test before I do.
