Help with Lionbridge timesheets

Is there anyone here that understands the current state of these? Do I fill it out by each individual part of a query as a task or how does this work? I tried to look, apologies if this has been explained. This is the one thing that's seeming to go over my head right now about the job and they dont seem to explain it very well, older replies seem to talk about a time column which does not appear to be there now at all.
