Can anyone help me understand how to get tests in Conversion Crimes?

I've just begun using the platform, I've completed my preliminary tests and waiting moderation on two of them. I would just like to get used to the procedure. So is like usertesting.com where you just load the dashboard and keep and when something pops up you will be notified or is it something I need to keep refreshing or should I wait for emails. Either way I completely out of my depth here. Any information would be welcome. Thank you in advance, I wish you some easy Beermoney.
