Is Clickworker Legit?!

Ive installed and registered on clickworker but is it legit like ive seen the jobs record a video of yourself or upload your own photos. How do i know if this data won't be misused or sold off to anyone. Has anyone used it or does anyone have any experience please feel free to drop your views Thankyou!!!
