Just finished a respondent study and noticed that the company had deleted messages about extending the study for additional incentive.

The company that I just finished a study for has deleted messages that ask if I want to participate in an extension of the study for additional incentive and I agreed. But now, when I look at the chat log I noticed that they deleted this portion of our messaging. I still completed the rest of the tasks and have proof that I did them ,but has anyone else ever had this happen? Is there any way to get a full chat log from Qualsights?
