Mistplay Session Time out error

I've been trying to play on my US phone but it keeps giving me a "Session tine out error" (Error Code: 433-708265). I originally played on my Mexico phone and downloaded it to my US phone and played on both alternating: most times Mex phone, sometimes US phone and haven't had any issues. Could it be because of this? Or could it be because I'm currently in vacation out of country?
