I registered for the Lionbridge Search Engine Evaluator job not knowing it’s UHRS. Can I still take it?

I have a Clickworker UHRS account. A week ago, I applied to the Search Engine Evaluator job at Lionbridge. They just sent me an email, and apparently it’s a UHRS job (they told me to log in to the platform, so the account’s probably registered already)

I do know that it’s against Clickworker’s TOS to be doing UHRS with another supplier, so in this case, which one would be better? Clickworker or Lionbridge? And if I decide to go with Clickworker, what should I do with my probably already registered Lionbridge UHRS account?
