Is LifePoints actually legit or just selective payouts?

I’ve been using LifePoints for about 5+ months and at first it honestly felt legit. When I redeemed points as soon as I hit the minimum cash-out, everything worked fine and I had no issues.

But recently I let my points build up (had around 700+) because I wanted a higher reward. The moment I tried to redeem, I got an error, contacted support and then suddenly my account was suspended for “not meeting quality standards” with no clear explanation. My points were just gone.

I didn’t use multiple accounts or do anything unusual, so this felt really off. After digging a bit, I noticed quite a few people saying similar things happen when they try to cash out larger amounts.

Has anyone else experienced this? Or is there any way to actually get the account reviewed properly? I don't even want the account back, if I could just get my accumulated points back, that would be great.
