How long does it take for Remotasks to respond to tickets?

Seems like I encountered a bug in Remotasks. Enquiry Cougar tasks still flow to my queue after training for a different task. This has happened for more than 3 times already so I decided to file a ticket and requested for Enquiry Cougar to be disabled for my account.

After sumbitting the ticket, a message appeared and said that within 24 hours (maximum) someone will respond.

It has been 48 hours but no one has responded to my ticket. I messaged an Admin and their Support Bot in Discord but to no avail.

Has anybody experienced the same issue? Was it resolved by Remotasks?
