How long does Course Hero take to approve your application?

I applied as tutor last April 26 and the email from the Tutor Success Team said they’d review after 5 business days. So now it’s day 8 and I’m wondering if it took longer for everyone else? (For reference, I sent them my Bachelor’s diploma as well as a Govt Id as proof of document. I also made sure the topics were within my field)
