The Games Offered On Swagbucks - Are They Legit?

Hey all,

I'm fairly new to this and have been wondering whether or not the offers on sites (Swagbucks in my case) that ask for you to "Play x game and level up y to get z SB" are legitimate. I don't necessarily have any bad past experiences with it I just want to make sure I can trust it before I commit to it.
