Does anyone on here use Lifepoints?

I've been using the site for a while now with no issues but every now and then they take points off me, in the list of activities its listed as "SetCompleted" with a long code.
I can't find an answer anywhere and they've just randomly given me 175 points with the same reason, what does it mean?
