Current Music / Mode Mobile Questions

About to sign up for this, two questions that I can't find in the posts/wiki here or on their FAQs.

1. Does it work in background mode? (ie can i play the music, and bring something else like Loot etc to the foreground?)

2. If i have multiple devices, should I be using multiple accounts or can I use the same one across devices?
