MM Wall & MM Watch

Is anyone familiar with MM Watch from the MM Wall (offer wall)? I started MM Watch a couple of days ago and am earning points but there's no way found to redeem them back to the provider where I started the link. There's also no help or contact button(s) anywhere on MM Wall or MM Watch. Any advice? TY
