Prolific account on hold due to researchers fault

Does anyone have any experience with this happening I was accepted onto a study as soon as I was redirected to their site I got a webpage saying nothing but "this survey is no longer running"I contacted the researcher and got nothing back and then they rejected my "submission" I've made £25 off prolific in the last 2 days and I'd be so upset to find there's no way of rectifying this if you've had anything similar to this happen please let me know
