Do You Track Your Participation in Studies??

I’m new to participating in studies and I’m just wondering if you keep a spreadsheet tracking each study that you participate in or if you just rely on each company’s dashboard to keep track for you. Some studies don’t pay very much and I’m not sure if it’s worth the time to track them myself. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!! Thx!!
