Question about traveling outside the U.S. for Facebook Viewpoints and Crowtap

I would be traveling outside the U.S. to a small country. I'm a U.S. resident and has been using Facebook Viewpoints and Crowtap in the U.S. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with traveling outside the U.S. with these apps and if they worked when you were away? Was also wondering if I would get banned if I tried to open these apps outside the U.S. (I'm okay with taking a break for a month but would like to know if it would be worth a try to open them while I'm away)
