Usertesting practice test keeps running into technical difficulties?

I signed up for User Testing awhile ago, but haven’t been able to get past the practice test. I keep getting an error message after I configure the screen recorder that says the site is having technical difficulties. I’d try again, same thing. Has this happened to anyone else? I use Chrome so as far as I know it shouldn’t be a systems requirement issue.
