Amazon Shopping Panel rewards not received

Submitted receipts via app and accepted but no rewards received, app says August rewards on the way since 8/1 and it supposed to be deposited into amazon account. No way to contact Amazon support about this issue. I was wondering if anyone had similar problem and how to get it fixed
