Banned from Current Rewards with 70$ in balance.

I did the mecha arena offer on one of their offer walls. Got paid 60 bucks. Withdrew the 60 bucks + 10 bucks from listening to music. After waiting a week and still not receiving the reward I reopened the app to find that I had been banned. This is completely unfair, I don't even know what I did so that I would get banned. RIP my 70 dollars unless their support actually does something.
