Chromebook for remote beermoney making?

Longtime lurker here and I've checked through past posts but didn't find an exact answer to the question. Can a chromebook be used for beermoney sites and extensions like Serpclix? When I work from home, I use my personal laptop but it's kinda bulky and not something I'd want to carry around on the daily when I need to go in to work. So I'm leaning towards a Chromebook, but I use Serpclix (saw there's a way to get Microsoft Edge/Firefox on a Chromebook but not sure if the extension can be installed), Swagbucks, Prolifiic, and (hopefully, pending approval) MTurk.

Or does anyone know of a small laptop with decent RAM for cheap? The Chromebook I found is on sale for $350, so that's kinda the price point I'm leaning towards.
