Prepaid Digital Solutions

I got a 15 dollar visa gift card from swagbucks today and I went to redeem it on ppds because I wanted to spend it on something. The card declined when I tried to use it, and when I looked at the site, it showed no cards.

The item was under 15 dollars, and I've gotten and used multiple cards from them before. Is there something I'm doing wrong? or do I just have to wait for them to respond to customer service.
