Lifepoints Panel

Hello

Has anyone else had experience of being banned from lifepoints. I have just not been able to log on. When I did query it I got an email from Sophia saying I broke some rule. I have escallated it. Wonder if its a thing now as I'm reading lots of reports of it happening.
