Is it normal to wait almost two months just to receive a Toluna reward?

I redeemed a €25 Amazon gift card almost two months ago (on Sept 14th) and the status is still stuck on "In progress". I have already tried contacting their support multiple times but haven't received any response. Has anyone else experienced such a long delay with Toluna recently?
