This involves using SURF extension which rewards you for sharing cookies anonymously (the same data which all the websites you visit use)
Note: I have attached the evidences below
Note 2: It does not require any social media, or any input in-terms of your personal info (it does require an email account, and a phone number, but I will help you to spoof those)

Please read all steps completely before starting.
Step 1: Go to this link (My referral: IMPORTANT: You NEED to use referral to earn 2000 points at sign up which can be redeemed for a $10 VISA Prepaid card for any country (You can chose USA here or any country you want)) https://app.joinsurf.com/signup/?r=02162043-89b9-476b-af61-c9d5cb9302fc and create account. You will need an email address and an American phone number.
For email address, you can either use your primary one (I did) or you can use an email from numerous online temporary & disposable email services I am including below (but I DO NOT recommend this, as you will receive all of your rewards on this email, so you would want to keep it private and accessible)

For American phone number, you can again use your primary number if you have one and if you want one, otherwise, use a temporary number from an online temporary number provider I am linking below to receive a code (its just a one time process so you don't have to keep the number accessible) - I used a temporary one.
But there is a tricky part here, because a lot many people use such number to use services such as this, so you may find a lot many numbers already used at SURF, so keep trying new till you get one which is not already used, it took 3 to 4 tries to find one.
Secondly, be very patient about when clicking continue after putting in phone number, as some of my mates have reported that it breaks the registration process if you click on continue a lot many times without patience.

Now you are all set with a SURF account, but WAIT!!! Now you need to install SURF extension and sign in with the account you just created.

Now you only have to browse some websites here and there (it passively collects data anonymously) and as soon as you get to 750 points (takes about an hour, if you complete your profile from the home page, not from settings (it provides error in settings)), we both will get 2000 points.
Step 3: Now when you have accumulated 2000 points, go to rewards, scroll down and select Visa Prepaid card, and redeem the reward ($10 for 2000 points), it will send you the redemption link (if it doesn't, go to profile and rewards history and click on resend confirmation). Now access your email, go on and create your USA (or any region you want) prepaid card, and voila, you have yourself the card to use it anywhere where VISA cards are accepted.
Step 4: Now you can enter the payment method whenever purchasing.
I am attaching the images as evidence below, as I used this to purchase ANNO 1800 from EPIC Game Store.
Some tips: While filling your profile info, choose any state and city of USA, I personally used Florida as state, and Tamarac as city, with post code: 33321
