Making money off game servers.

What games could you possibly make a server on and make money off it?I know about Minecraft(and yes i know it’s extremely unlikely that you would make a profit today but still.Minecraft seems like the one that has the most monetisation right now but are there others? Won’t be cheap as i would need to pay for hosting and having a team but still not a bad try to make some kind of a business.
