Prepaid visa card problem

Hi, i have redeemed 10$ visa gift card and activated it on prepaiddigitalsolutions, at first it worked fine with 2 purchases but after 2 days it has been declining since then everytime with this message appear "Declined by Real-Time Decisioning (RTD) processing* , i have redeemed another 15$ and the problem still exist, and now i have 15$ stuck in my account , of course i tried to contact them and waiting for their reply but i want to know if anyone have the same experience. (Sorry about the grammer ,english is not my first language )
