PocketFlip facebook verification

I’m trying to buy a $10 visa with my pocketflip coins and I have to verify with facebook in order to buy it. But everytime I try to buy it, it keeps saying “App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.” I’m not sure if this is PocketFlip’s issue or Facebook’s issue.
