Is gamekit getting better

I hear a lot of mumbling about Gamekit taking 30 days to redeem. But I've redeemed 2 steam wallet codes in 2 days and this is during the summer sale. The only sketchy thing is that the first transfer was in HKD and the second one was in TL.

Is gamekit getting better? Or is this an isolated experience (I mostly use freeskins now for higher payouts)
