Lost my Respondent password, can't reset it and support never responds
I went to sin up for respondent and realized I already had. I tried to reset it but never got the reset email. I've been trying to reset it for months, no reset email ever arrives but the sign in form always says my email is already used. I'd make a new account but I have one email address for beer money/work online stuff and I'd like to stick with it. I've emailed support twice, once months ago and once last week. No response. Any idea on what I can do?
