Spacetrics review

Couldn't find any reviews before I signed up, so here's mine. It's a bunch of questions about an apartment and its building, and several Google Earth-business-interior-type walkthroughs of real estate, where you record your thoughts on their app-like webpage.

They did pay, a few days later, $15 Amazon card for about an hour spent. Fair enough, but not exceptional. You might be able to speed through in as little as half that time, but beware - their webpage is TERRIBLE, almost gave up several times. Kept freezing up, had to wait many minutes on 5-10 different pages before it would proceed. First time it happened I hit the back button a couple times and when it eventually loaded itself I had to re-record a walkthrough of the gym and several questions. So that was a pain.

Don't waste your time trying to go above and beyond thinking you might get the $100 extra they mention giving to the best walkthrough-ers. I didn't notice how many slides there were going to be, was bored, and do enjoy real estate, so probably spent almost 15 minutes in the first apt walkthrough alone. Have stayed in 500-1000 hotels and ABnB apts traveling for work, in construction, so gave a detailed breakdown of all the pros and cons in there, from layout and amenities, to building material choices from countertops to glazing, so it's not for want of providing value. Wasn't counting on the extra $100, figured I'd take one for the team if nothing else.
