Prolific not sending me studies, yet not putting my account on hold

Well, title kinda says it all.

It's been almost a year now since the last prolific study I have completed, and since I haven't recieved any since I kinda forgot. But now I want to some again, so would there be any way to receive new studies?

The weird thing is that my account is not marked as "on hold", therefore I don't understand why I don't receive shit
