Should I Wait to Cash Out with Prolific?

Basically, I signed up for prolific yesterday and I have loved it so far. I have enough to cash out now but given that it's in pounds and I'm American, does it make sense to cash out when the Pound is worth more? I'm not sure exactly how paypal does the conversion but I assume if the pound is worth more, I'll get a better conversion?
