APPEN - what the hell means “complete any in-progress qualifications before you can work on this project”

Hey! I’ve been in appen for one month and never got any gigs there.

I qualified for 23 appen jobs in the last month and I never heard from them, so they are all in the “in progress” stage.

The problem is that in every job that I subscribed, there is this note saying “you must complete any in-progress qualifications before you can work on this project”.

What does it mean!??

I have to quit every job that I applied for, except one, hope that they come after me in order to not have any in progress jobs in the way?
