Is Adgems always like this?

If nothing else, i just need to complain but i'm also curious if anyone else has this kind of experience.

I started an offer on AdGems(thru GG2U) to complete stronghold 17 about mid-february. A friend recommended it, said he got paid instantly when he hit SH16 somehow. I must've done something wrong, because i didn't get credited when i hit 16 or 17. So at 17 i submitted a ticket thing for missing credit or whatever(i did this feb 23rd). I submitted screenshots showing i was at SH17, and after about a week i get a reply that basically says that completing sh17 means reaching SH18.
And it was at this point i called bullshit. This isn't super mario or castlevania, where completing a level means you're automatically on the next one. You have a level 16 stronghold, you gather the necessary resourses, you spend over two days(or use over two days worth of speedup items) building stronghold level 17, and stronghold level 17 is completed. You now have a level 17SH.
So after arguing this with them for a few days, i eventually pushed through and got to SH18. I sent them another email, basically telling them 'look, i still think you're wrong, but here's your SH18 proof now pay me'. The next day(we're up to today now) i get a reply telling me i'm still ineligable to be credited as i still have not completed the offer. Here's some copy/paste action from some of the emails.

The offer instructions were to:

Play King of Avalon: Dragon War,Complete stronghold level 17,Redeem your points! *New Users Only!

Make sure that if the offer says to complete a level, you show that you have completed that level and reached the next level. (Example: If the offer was to complete lvl 18, show us a screenshot that shows you reached lvl 19)

So i guess my question is, is this normal? I figure it probably isn't, seeing as how my friend got paid right away. I wish i knew what i did wrong, not that it would help me now.

Oh, and now this. I just got another email saying this

(Jeez, this is getting really long) I didn't change that, it does say stronghold level 16. I guess that's why he got paid a level early. Anyway, it says that, but, there's still nothing for me to withdrawl. So, though they say i've won(it's been a friggin battle with these people the past couple weeks) i still have nothing to show for it. I replied asking where it is, but who knows when or if they'll reply. Hopefully it'll just take a little bit to process or whatever. Hopefully.
Again, a lot of this is i just wanted to complain. Really, i wanted to smack someone, but there aren't any accessible/relevant people to smack. So what do you think, and what should i do if them releasing the money turns out to be bullshit as well?
