is this why my UHRS accounts are disabled?

i accidentally used the same outlook for clickworker and teemwork. is that the reason for my account being disabled or is it something else???

and how do i enable my accounts, if thats possible somehow? btw its been 2 days since i started seeing the disabled message on my account.
