This is an odd question about beer money and paystubs

So I’ve been using Prolific and Qmee quite a bit and got a 1099 form from PayPal from last year. I’m trying to generate recent pay stubs to show a potential apartment building that I might move into for proof of income. Does anyone know how I can produce paystubs showing that I’m basically a “survey taker”? Would I put PayPal’s EIN?
