User testing problems

I have a macbook and am having problems with the usertesting recorder, it wont let me do a screen share even though my settings are all correct. I have deleted the recorder and reinstalled so hoping that may help. Has anyone else had any problems at all? I can get past the stage where it tests your microphone but once I get to the share screen it wont let me carry on. Have reported it to them but no response and no response from their social media account either
