Is Lifepointspanel.com reliable?

I recently found a panel called lifepoints, and I just want to know if this is a reliable panel or not.

I have seen various people complaining about how they had tried to redeem their points, but ended up not getting paid, so I just want to see if completing surveys on this panel would be a waste of my time.
