How to use Prepaid Digital Solutions?

After few months from discover this subreddit, I finally redeem my first Visa 25$ Reward Card from earning the surveys on Swagbucks website. However, when they send me the token in Prepaid Digital Solutions, I just don't know what can I do with it. I don't see any options beside for save it later.
