Anyone else having issues redeeming points with Opinion Outpost?

I'm having a problem with Opinion Outpost and I can't cash out. It originally said it was because my PayPal wasn't verified, but after I verified it, it still is giving me an error that says "An error has occured. Please try again." I have 110 points, which is more than enough for a $10 PayPal cashout. I also tried it with the Visa option and I got the same error.

I have seen some pretty shitty reviews(AFTER I put in the effort which sucks, but that's my fault for not researching), but I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem?
