How deep into the month do you Leader Board PrizeRebel'ers go before hitting the burners?

I'm only asking because over halfway through the month, the current leader (page url)) has only accrued 1/1012 points in comparison to past US Survey Contest winners (page url)--and hell, this month's bonus is an upBuff to Reward +8% even.

...probably should get busy. You'll need to increase reward gain by at least 7600% based on your current TOTAL points.

1. So, do you fully trust survey site contest and raffle 'Past Winner' listings to be legit?
2. Casinos and books and all styles of brick and mortar LEGAL gambling businesses have Gaming C omissions that verify the legitimacy of each respective betting house's financials and equipment AND contest winners. DOES anything EXIST to police GPT sites?

...or is it just like all those times you throw a $100 bill in a quarter slot machine while waiting on a seat at X card table only to be escorted out of the casino without anything to show for your effort except for the work of getting to the casino and feeding $100 to the slot machine (time= money!) ? ...I know I can't be the only one to have had this happen, like four times a day.
