Account Creations on QuickThoughts

Has anyone had a problem creating an account on QuickThoughts? The issue I’m having is it won’t let me even bypass the account creation screen. Like it doesn’t even give me an error or anything; after entering the necessary information it loads for a few seconds and goes back to the screen that’s asks for your demographics.
