Selling auto parts pt. 2

Cross post from r/flipping since you guys were so heloful last time. I posted a few days ago in r/beermoney about going to the junkyard and getting a headlight assembly for a friend, installing it, and making some cash. I had such a good time doing it and I love to work on cars. Today in the gym i noticed one of the owners of the scrapyard working out.

I struck up a conversation and long story short he has no one to list parts online and they do no ebay at all. I told him I would be thrilled to provide that sevice and he told me to stop by this week amd talk to him about details.

I was about to get into reselling desireable parts on ebay anyways but now that this has come up im rethinking things. How should I go about this in terms of charging a fee to sell online? I feel like ive got a great opportunity here but am struggling to wrap my head around the logistics. Can anyone offer some advice here?
