Usertesting question

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I've searched and can't get a clear answer. I just joined Usertesting since GPT surveys just aren't paying anything worthwhile nowadays, and am trying to figure out if I absolutely have to have a webcam to take part in their tasks? It says something about submitting a video, but I'm unsure if they're referring to the video of my screen, or a video of me which requires a webcam. Apologies again if this has been answered before, I swear I can't find it anywhere if it has.
