Validately DQ'd me from their longer-length survey

I'm trying to figure out how much money I can make using website-testing within one month. I've signed up with UserTesting and finished 10 tests within the last 7 days. Validately also appeared promising, today morning I completed by first test with them, shortly after which they invited me to their special live-cam session. I got into the screener questions, they asked me my ethnicity. I looked for Asian, didn't find it, picked Pacific Islander (I've seen the option Asian/Pacific Islander) in surveys before. Immediately DQ'd. Does this mean I won't be able to participate in longer-length surveys with Validately? Anything I can do to remedy this?
