Wrong payment on Neevo anyone?

Hi everyone! I've been working with Neevo a few years now and everything was fine until recently where I received an email with a job that paid 0.60$ a task. The job took one hour. Now I got paid 0,60$ for the entire job and no Longer have the email to prove what the payment was with their service team. Anyone else in this position?
