Not getting express missions on Dscout

I’ve had my dscout account for about 3 weeks now and I’m still not seeing any express missions. Every regular mission I apply to ends up telling me I’m not the right fit, and the only express mission that ever shows up for me is the XT one, which I’m not really interested in downloading.

For those of you who’ve been using dscout longer, how long did it take before express missions started popping up more regularly? Just trying to get a sense of what to expect.
