Payoneer Payment

I work on an Appen project and usually get paid around the 12th. Typically the money hits my payoneer account and then goes to my paypal account about an hour later.

But this month it hit my payoneer account on the 10th and still hasn't transferred, is this normal? I know it was a bank holiday on the 11th but not sure if this would effect anything.
